A book of delicious easy to make Syrian meals, by Manal Gharzeddin. Manal lives in Sussex, and is very much part of the local communty. She often makes Syrian food at events, which is always well recieved. She volunteers at Voices in Exile, helping people who have come as refugees settle in the area. Any profits made from the cook book will be used to help Syrian refugees.
